BAKDES

Hello Everyone! My name is Yasmin Aulia Zahra. You can call me zahra. Today i will tell you about Bakdes.Bakti Desa (Bakdes) is one of the routine activities in Sman 3 Bandung that can only be held once by 11th grade students during school here. which provides facilities for students who want to contribute in the social field, where students are agents of change who contribute to society in the form of socialization and others. this activity is one of the graduation requirements.

Bakdes's location is in Cibeureum, Kertasari. This event is required from my school for eleven grade. We do this event for 3 days 2 night.We gathered in Chief Office of Cibereum village and met chief in there. we arrived, we gathered at Cibeureum village meeting hall. we watched the opening of the activity and the handover of the bakdes participants from the school to the sub-district / village officials, followed by a technical explanation by the village committee. then we had lunch together.

After that, we headed to the home of a determined foster parent.

   I thought the house that we gonna live is far, but eventually is near and the view is everything.

Me and my friend, raisa, was placed in Mrs Diah house. Mrs Diah and the family welcomed us very warmly

Hello Everyone! My name is Yasmin Aulia Zahra. You can call me zahra. I live in Babakan Ciamis street number 58, Bandung, West Java. I was born in Bandung, 21 May 2002 and now i'm 16 years old. I'am studying at SMAN 3 Bandung, grade XI MIPA 9. I have one big sister. Her name is Valya A. Karima. and i also have one little brother. His name is Eigen Yusuf Ausath. My mother's name is Tuti Ermiyati and my father's name is Asep Hendra Mulyana.

 

My Goals is to become a Chef.I’ve been dreaming about culinary school since last Februari. So after i graduated from senior high school, i want to study Culinary arts in STP Bandung or UPI. Culinary arts in which culinary means "related to cooking", are the arts of preparation, cooking and presentation of food, usually in the form of meals. People working in this field – especially in establishments such as restaurants – are commonly called "chefs" or "cooks", although, at its most general, the terms "culinary artist" and "culinarian" are also used. Table manners ("the table arts") are sometimes referred to as a culinary art.

Expert Culinarians are required to have knowledge of food science, nutrition and diet and are responsible for preparing meals that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. After restaurants, their primary places of work include delicatessens and relatively large institutions such as hotels and hospitals. 

Modern Culinary Arts students study many different aspects of food. Specific areas of study include butchery, chemistry and thermodynamics, visual presentation, food safety, human nutrition and physiology, international history, the manufacture of food items (such as the milling of wheat into flour or the refining of cane plants into crystalline sucrose), and many others.
Training in culinary arts is possible in most countries around the world. Usually at tertiary level (university). With institutions government funded, privately funded or commercial.
